Hey all you pathfinding deviants!
Today we’re announcing our pathfinding roadmap for the viewer. Currently, we are scheduling a release for later this month.
Hello everyone! Today we’re pleased to announce our presence at SL9B this year! You’ll be able to visit our parcel at the main SL9B sims on June 18th.
We will have different talks about the viewer’s features, development, and what’s coming down the pipeline for the viewer during the event. Schedules and locations for our events during SL9B will be published shortly before the event!
A blog post? Hooray! We know we have not been posting many updates on our blog and twitter, but thats because we have been so busy with Exodus. Making sure we continue to provide one of the best viewer experiences ever. We will be posting updates more often. Honest!
Greetings everyone,
In the upcoming server rolling updates by Linden Lab (typically on Tuesdays - Feb 28th and Wednesdays - Feb 29th), they will be breaking the 'viewer tag' support server side by changing the information sent on the 'unused' textures slots that build up an avatar (these are currently used for viewer identification). This is likely due to the new policies being pushed forward in Second Life’s new Third Party Viewer policy changes, more specifically to do with the following:
Welcome to the sparkling NEW-new Exodus Viewer website! After our initial release just over two weeks ago, we saw a large influx of user interest and determined that our original website was already seeing strains from its minimalistic approach, making it difficult to efficiently maintain the flood of new content and features we have been adding. We think you will enjoy our new website, finding it easier to use, more helpful and find lots of exciting new features!
We have a new member on our team, Geenz Spad!
Geenz is a whizz with rendering stuff and intends to bring some really neat visual effects! Bringing us some great features for the roleplayers, photograhpers and machinema artists.
